Volunteer

Volunteers are an integral part of the work that we do every day. We wouldn’t be the same without their support, and we could not achieve the level of impact we do without them.

If you’d like to get involved to build on what you’re already great at, learn new skills, give something back to your local community or gain experience for a new career please get in touch! You’ll be making a different to the lives of thousands of victim-survivors of domestic abuse with any time that you can give.

Last year, volunteers donated 415 hours to support adults and children surviving domestic abuse. Thank you!

"Volunteering at Rising Sun has been truly inspiring. It taught me so much about domestic abuse, and it made me feel that, even in my small way, I was contributing to a bigger cause" Emma and Nicole, Student Volunteers from Canterbury Christ Church University.
