If you are a resident in the Ashford, Canterbury or Folkestone & Hythe Districts you can make a self referral for support, or any agency can refer you to us. We will contact you for an initial assessment to discuss your situation and the services we can offer to support you.
If you would like to make a referral please complete and return a referral form to referrals@risingsunkent.com using password protection, or send it to our postal address as below.
- To refer an adult (aged 25+) click here to download an adult referral form
- Professionals and Agencies: please refer to the KIDAS Referral Pathway before submitting your referral for IDVA/Outreach Service. Please note: we require a DASH risk assessment form with score of 10+ to accompany outreach referrals so that the risk level has been assessed as appropriate. Click here to access a DASH form with guidance.
- If you cannot complete a DASH, or the risk level is 9 or below, then you must refer in the first instance to Victim Support who are the triage service for DA in Kent.
- If you complete a DASH and risk level is 10 or more, then please send that to us along with a completed referral form.
- To refer a child or young person (aged 5-24 years) please view our guidance notes and click here to download a children and young people referral form
- To refer a young person (aged 16-24) for Project Liberty Accommodation click here to download an Accommodation referral form
